A 25% deposit will be required upon booking to hold your date. This fee is non-refundable but can be transferred to another session.
In the case of camera failure, inclement weather, or any other unforeseen incident that prevents Karim Saafir Photography from shooting on a scheduled date the client will get to transfer their deposit to another open date in which the photographer is available.
We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Please understand that when you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our wait list miss the opportunity to receive services. Therefore, we have a strictly enforced 24 hour cancellation and rescheduling policy.
Due to the nature of digital photography and the fact that photographs once sent, cannot be returned; Karim Saafir Photography has a strict NO REFUNDS POLICY. Once a transaction has been completed (i.e., the buyer selected and paid for the photo(s) and then Karim Saafir Photography sent the buyer the correct photograph) it is then considered non-refundable. If a buyer has selected and purchased an incorrect photo, he/she must notify Karim Saafir Photography, within 48 hours after confirming the “incorrect” photograph. Refunds will NOT be given due to “not liking a photo”, selecting an incorrect photo the buyer has approved the photograph(s) to be printed, or any other reason. If a mistaken photo is sent to the buyer, as documented on the correspondence, Karim Saafir Photography will send the correct photo to the buyer free of charge.
